SSS International offers:

To remove impurities from clarified juice such as bagacillo, cellular materials, and residual flocs, to replace current DSM screen or cloth screening methods. The advantages of these new SSS technologies are:

SRT Super-Short Retention Technology Juice Clarifier

Latest design SSS International technology is available to install new SRT clarifiers, or convert existing juice clarifiers to the SRT standard for super-short retention time. Retention times down to 10 minutes, and huge saving all round on: Capex installation costs, Opex use of flocculants, increased recovery of sugar, energy savings etc

Phosphatation Scum Drying

Scum effluent streams are a problem due to their high moisture content typically around 96% or more. Effective SSS technology solutions are available.

Vinasse Waste Drying

This effluent is usually a problem due to its voluminous wet capacity. Drying in open lagoons is usually not possible due to rain. Simple effective SSS technology solutions are available.

Sand Removal

Simple SSS International technology is available for the removal of sand and impurities in all sugar process streams
